After starting the business in his garage fifteen years ago, Van Deeb sold Deeb Realty on Friday, January 23, 2009. The new owner is Andy Alloway whose tenure with the company began in 2000. He worked in administration and most recently as the general manager.
Based on his own experience in starting the company out of his garage, Deeb is a big proponent of starting something from nothing. He started as the sole agent and facilitated the growth of the company. There are now 350 agents at Deeb Realty. For the past few years, Deeb has not only been running the company but has been involved in motivational speaking. His talks are to motivate others to find ways to accomplish what they really want to do.
Congratulations to Andy for taking over the reins and good luck to Van on his future endeavors.
