As much as the news and people talk about how the business is down, its really not. It's just a buyers market. You can still sell a home if you have what it takes. Its all about the time and effort you put into your work. Timming is everything too. Put your mind to it and it will all come together. Good luck to everyone.

I am on Zillow quite a bit for my area....working on questions and hoping to find some buyers/sellers there too. Every avenue in the new media is good. But on Zillow...there are a lot of angry consumers and snooty agents. I love working on Active Rain in the morning where the atmosphere is encouraging.
