They have been awarded a certified green professional builder by the National Home Builders Association. Master Accredited Builder graduates complete an intensive series of seventy-two hours of coursework. This designation is recognized statewide and identifies top professionals in the building industry. Like the real estate industry Master Accredited Builders have to complete an additional eight hours, of coursework, each year to keep their designation.
