Is this how the faces looked in your office meeting the last time you had a presentation from a home stager? 

Then, I beg of you, help your peers out. Save them from a presentation that is boring, irrelevant or irritating.

Many real estate agents are using home staging as a successful selling strategy, and many are not using it. I am preparing my presentation which I'll use when speaking at brokerages to tell them about my home staging business. I truly do not want to face a room full of faces that look like this. And agents don't want to sit through a presentation that makes them look like this. I would like to answer the questions that YOU have ... not the ones I THINK you have. Your time is valuable ... you have lots of things to do ... you want to make money ... I respect that!

So, help your peers get what they want!

Tell me what information is useful to you and what is totally irrelevant. What's the most important thing you'd like to know about home staging? What irritates you no-end at presentations? Would you rather get this kind of information at a meeting or would you take a 'webinar' on the topic?

Who knows? I could show up at YOUR meeting.

5 minute presentation sounds good. just be sure to leave in the before and after shots. sometimes they have to see it to believe it.
