Lititz, PA - Homes For Sale Update

Here is the Lititz, PA market review for last week, ending January 24. The current inventory activity of Lititz, PA homes for sale according to MLS:

Sold: 6 properties sold last week with a price of $205,089 these homes were on the market an average of 70 days.
New: 13 houses were listed last week.
Pending: 4 houses went under agreement last week.
Expired and Extended: 3 listings expired last week and 9 listings extended their contracts with their listing agent.
Active: 222 homes are active with an average days on market of 149.

Hi Jeff, I wanted to stop by and say hello. How big of a community is Lititz? There is not an inordinate amount of activity but depending on the size of the community it could also represent a reasonable amount activity in a winter market. Is it? I guess with the general economic picture turning down, it will continue to have a serious affect on most of our markets.

William - Lititz is one of the largest boroughs in Lancaster County. The figures are pretty typical. Lititz has one of the most vibrant tourism centers outside of Lancaster City itself, and is regionally known.

Katerina - Yes, there's no comparison to Florida here.
