Communication in Real Estate

We as realtors can communicate in my ways today:  Twitter, facebook, myspace, activerain, localism, text messages, e-newsletters, market reports, etc...  There is no excuse why we can't get the word out to help our buyers and sellers.  Become the local expert.  Talk about how you can help a buyer or a seller.
