Week 2 Growth Leader Review

It is hard to believe that 2 full weeks have past using Growth Leader. At the end of week 1, I posted my results here Growth Leader - My First Week and just a few days ago I posted my next post Growth Leader - 11 Days.....

Now a full 2 weeks.... and 2 Vision classes behind me. There is so many things the program has to offer beside new leads. Growth Leader also has a great traking system as well in the Back Office called Vision. Here you can track the activity of the client and see what homes the are viewing and saving as favorites. As of today I have had 31 prospects sign up on my site. 6 have signed up for Listing Alerts, 1 has had e-mail contact to meet later this month and 1 has actually called me about relocating to our area in May.

As any great program it takes time to plant the seeds and farm the garden. I will continue on with my Growth Leader and keep you posted with my sucess using this program.

Growth Leader Vision 201 training class gave us many insites on how to better use the program with Listing Alerts, Seller Tools and Initial Report. I'm looking forward to Vision 301 that will discuss how to be a Market Leader along with more information on Craigs List, Importing and much more.

With growth leader, how would it benefit me if I already have my site? Would I have to purchase and have another with growthleader?

Hi Thea - With Growth Leader, you automatically receive a website that would be branded with your agent info. Unfortunately, it cannot be integrated with your existing website because of the IDX feed within your Growth Leader site that allows your prospects to view home listings from your MLS. The other component is Vision, the back-end contact management system, that captures the activity on your Growth Leader website so that you gain insight into what exactly your prospects are looking for.

Many of our Growth Leader customers have more than one website. Some dedicate websites to specific markets, while others utilize their other websites to drive all traffic to their Growth Leader website in order to optimize results. Vision (website + contact management system) is also available as a standalone product, which would not include the advertising component.) Hope this helps! Let me know if you have other questions.

Roland, we are going to wait. While I am amazed by the comments by you and some others, as well as the great customer relations, it is a bit more than we want to swallow right now. If we do decide to use a lead generator/capture Market Leader will be at the top of the list.
