Are your BEST days ahead?

I subscribe to Jon Gordon’s Weekly Newsletter.  What a breath of fresh air it is!  Full of positive inspiration and motivation, Jon’s newsletters truly get my week started on the right foot.  This week he wrote ….

Rainbow

”Do you know what Fear and Faith have in common? A future that hasn’t happened yet. Fear believes in a negative future. Faith believes in a positive future. Both believe in something that has not yet happened. So I ask you, if neither the positive or negative future has happened yet then why not choose to believe in the positive future? What do you have to lose but the fear that is sabotaging your joy and success?”

YES!  Jon hit the nail on the head again; why not choose to believe that your very best days are ahead of you?  I am.

Not for me.

Believing in the future isn't going to make it happen.  Ask the Lemmings who didn't ask what was over the cliff.

Working to make your future seems more positive than simply believing in it.

Marjorie: I applaud your post. Believing that the best days are ahead is a choice you make in the present

Here's my take on Fear:

False

Evidence

Appearing

Real

And did you know the word 'fear not' is The Bible 365 times. There must be a reason for that :)

Sure Len, hard work is needed to be successful, but a positive attitude and belief that good things are ahead are the fuel that keeps me going.  Especially now.

Marjorie, there is nothing wrong with a positive inspiration to make you feel good.  But, like Lenn says above, it takes work and preparation to make it happen and not just faith.

It is easy to look at the glass as half empty today, so we must all keep the faith and be positive, visualize and take action to reinforce positive intentions. I believe that thinking alone and faith will not do it. It is so important that we take action. Have a nice day and thanks for the positive thought.

Hard work is certainly needed to ensure that your future is as bright as it can be.  Take each day and see what you can do to make sure that it was better then the previous and the next day will be even better and more productive.  Keeping a positive attitude never hurts!
