Not for me. 

Believing in the future isn't going to make it happen.  Ask the Lemmings who didn't ask what was over the cliff. 

Working to make your future seems more positive than simply believing in it.

Marjorie, there is nothing wrong with a positive inspiration to make you feel good.  But, like Lenn says above, it takes work and preparation to make it happen and not just faith.

It is easy to look at the glass as half empty today, so we must all keep the faith and be positive, visualize and take action to reinforce positive intentions. I believe that thinking alone and faith will not do it. It is so important that we take action. Have a nice day and thanks for the positive thought.

Good point.... faith with action is the only way to look to tomorrow and the day after!

Hard work is certainly needed to ensure that your future is as bright as it can be.  Take each day and see what you can do to make sure that it was better then the previous and the next day will be even better and more productive.  Keeping a positive attitude never hurts!
