A part of my normal routine in the morning is to get up and go work out at Curves. I usually try to park my vehicle at an angle so people driving by cannot see my name etc... on the back of my vehicle only because I go in there with no makeup and totally not prepared to see anyone I know. Ive been going for about 2 years now and see the same people all the time and see other women come and go.
This morning when I went in I saw a woman that use to go to Curves on a regular basis but I had not seen her in a long time. I was genuinely glad to see her and told her so. She started to explain why she had not been coming and then told me that she would drive by and see my vehicle all the time! That I was an inspiration to her and she knew that if I could continue to do it she could too!
How nice is that? I vow to not worry about parking my car where people driving by cant read my sign now because of this woman. It made my day, week, month and year! I literally have to force myself to go work out because I do feel so good after I do, its just getting there that is hard. To know that Ive helped someone get back on track is a great feeling!
