By
Real Estate Agent with Village Land Shoppe

As a result of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, FHA loan limits have changed. The new amount for Coconino County is $450,000.

Let me know if you have questions or need to be put in touch with a lender.

Also if you are a first time home buyer we can help you take advantage of the $8000 tax credit that you don't have to pay off. Call for details. First time home buyer is anyone who hasn't owned in the last 3 years.

Thanks,

Johnathan

Teri,

I did take them, thank you! I am a amateur photographer. I also take all my agents photos for their listings.

Teri's right, Johnathan - FHA loan limit in Maricopa County has gone to $346,250. You've got us by about $100K! And I agree about your photos - very nice indeed!

Randy,

Thank you! Our average price is higher too, a manufactured home runs between $175,000 to $250,000. We need that higher limit.

Thanks for commenting!
