The comments I made about websites that buyers use (http://realestate.yahoo.com/, http://www.trulia.com/, and others) brought up the question of the CAR annual buyer and seller survey. I have passed on some suggestions to Leslie Appleton Young and am curious about a couple of things:
1. Do you find the survey's useful?
2. If so , how do you use the information?
3. What information would you like to see obtained from interviews with buyers and sellers?
I attended a focus group for the CAR website and met Gretchen Dukowitz gretchend@car.org recently, the CAR webmaster. I'll post something about that later, but know that CAR is trying very hard to be relevant and helpful. Send her comments on the CAR website if you have constructive ideas (no whining!).
