The Quad Cities and all local and National MLS's are so important to real estate sales. This is how real estate is tracked to show all aspects of pricing a property in a specific neighborhood. We do all the tracking as a group through our association. People in general take this information lightly. A Realtor does a Market Analysis for potential clients to earn trust and hopefully obtain business. Realtors gain this information through being apart of the local Realtor Association.
