Folly Beach, SC - New listings for 2/23/09-3/1/09
For last week, there were only two new listings on Folly Beach, South Carolina.
First listing is a nice condo over on Little Oak Island. This gated community has its own tennis courts and pool and is a short drive to historic downtown Charleston.
Second listing is an older second row beach house. Listing sheet shows this may be a short sale situation as third party lender approval is required.
