Hey Bryan,  I recently moved from Stockton after completing a 30 year + career as a State Parole Agent.  I am now a Realtor in Northern Idaho.   Nearly everyone here is from Calif.  Reasons being family values, recreation(ten lakes within 45 minute drive, boating, hunting winter sports), quality schools.  I am sure you have clients interested in relocating to Idaho.  When this occurs lets establish an office to office referral relationship
