looking for a good way to bring solid lead to my website

Just wanted to know if anyone had some simple things I could possibly do to bring solid leads to my site.

My site is http://www.billsomersethomes.com/   This is a site I have developed myself, through Century 21 website builder.  The cost is free to Century 21 agents, and I pay a minimal cost of only $60 per year to host it.

I have looked into Adwords and similar ideas such as this.  I'm not to keen on the keyword strategy.  There are so many agents in my selling area, New Hampshire and southern Maine, I just feel that the cost of a good keyword strategy is not cost effective.

Any feedback regarding the site also would be appreciated.
