Wow, I moved out to Colorado Springs 5 years ago to work for CreekStone Homes. Since than my little girl has started Kindergarten, and I had another little girl. I've made lots of money and than not so much. I was a Chef in a former life, Real estate has been very interesting. I wouldn't change it though. Helping people find a 'Dream Home' (or in one case a 'Dream Bathtub') has been a lot of fun. I was going to write this and remind people of the time change but as soon as I started I realized I've been in Colorado For 5 years now, an I thought WOW! Time Flies. (don't forget to springahead) I can't believe the spring selling season is here! While we may see more resales hit the market I think the buyers are there to buy up the existing inventory. We will see developers move dirt and have some activity in the subdivisions and people will decide to buy new. (maybe?)
