The $8,000 tax credit is a great incentive for first time home buyers. I sure hope that all of the buyers take advantage of it while it is being offered!

Good job spreading the word about this great deal for buyers, Tony!  I sold my own brother a house earlier this year and sure enough, he got his check in the mail.  He was so excited.  His question to me was, "Why don't I hear about this anywhere else?  I haven't seen it in any advertisements in the paper, or anywhere else for that matter."  I told him it is my job as a Realtor to get the word out to as many as I can.
