Jurgen was actually a bit early for our appointed meeting time. He went over what he was going to do, asked if we had any questions and asked repeatedly if we had areas of concern. At each area, he explained what he was doing and looking for. He would then tell us his areas of concern and if he felt we should be concerned about his findings. It was a very hot day and he seemed very prepared for the weather as well as what might go wrong at the house. He pointed out areas that would become issues in the far future as well as immediate issues. He had a great sense of humor, which helped pass the almost three hours that it took to go through everything. He told us that the final report would be available on the internet the next afternoon. It was. Everything was done in a very professional way and yet was fun! What a pleasure working with him.

CBI was easy to schedule with. I requested an appointment through their website and they scheduled within 24 hours. My inspector was Rick and he showed up 10 minutes early for the inspection. The whole process took about 2 1/2 hours and he explained everything to me the whole way around the house.
When he was finsihed, he gave a verbal summary to my realtor and me. That was followed by a detailed report the next day. The company's communication was excellent and always friendly throughout the entire process. If you are buying a home, I recommend using CBI!
