The National Association of Realtors estimates that only 2% of REALTORS will ever derive any income properties purchased with Self Directed IRA's. Yet there are $7.8 Trillion Dollars in IRA's alone (not including all other accounts which qualify to be self directed) which can be used to purchase real estate. The purpose of this group is to educate Agents and Brokers on how to earn income with properties funded with Self Directed IRA's. Be sure to check out weekly training modules distributed through this group. The essence of community is however that we can all learn from each other. Here's to making more money together.
