I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent/Broker for 17 years. I am a native Californian and have been a Southern California resident for 25 years. I have lived in the Temecula Valley for 20 years and love it here. I originally obtained my Real Estate License in 1990. I received my California Real Estate Broker's license in 2001. I started my own company, Southwest Real Estate Inc., in 2004.
I have personal experience in investing in homes "fixers", and turning them into profitable investments. I have helped many first time buyers and investors purchase property, fix it up and sell it for profit.

Personally, I am married and I have two boys, one is currently a sophomore attending Great Oak High School and one just entering college at Mt. San Jacinto. I can attest to the great quality of the public school system here in the Temecula valley.
I love animals and have a German Shepherd named Max. I also have four cats.
My husband, Gerald Rauch, is a Real Estate Developer, Builder and has a class A Engineering License. He has recently obtained his California Real Estate Broker's License and has experience in Commercial Lending as well.
