Bringing extensive knowledge and experience from the architecture, interior design, and construction industries to her position as a Realtor, Janice offers her clients an outstanding level of service focused on communication, planning, and collaboration. Her formal education and training, in harmony with her professionalism and expertise allows Janice to excel at every stage of the real estate transaction, assisting and advising her clients to help them meet their goals.

Prior to acquiring her Realtor license, Janice earned her Ph.D. in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, received her Master of Architecture at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and completed her undergraduate degree in design at the University of California, Davis.  Through her extensive experience in architectural practice, Janice has developed an expertise in visioning, strategic planning, and property assessment making her an excellent choice for anyone ready to purchase or sell a home.

Known by clients and colleagues alike for her tenacity, perseverance, honesty and fairness, Janice also enjoys a stellar reputation for her attention to detail, her dedication to making sure her client’s voices are heard and their needs met, and her ability to analyze situations and find creative solutions, all while maintaining a positive transaction environment.

Janice has lived, worked, and played in the Davis and Sacramento area since 1977.   She currently lives with Oso, her ancient rescue Bull Terrier, in the home her parents built in Village Homes in 1979. Janice credits the experience of growing up in Village Homes with instilling values of family, community, and sustainable living.  She enjoys coxing for the Mixed Masters Team at the River City Rowing Club, participating in the Soroptimists International of Davis, and playing golf with the Davis Women's Golf Club and Davis Monday Niners.
