About Us:
Jeff Craig has nine years Real Estate sales experience in the Piedmont Triad area of Central North Carolina. For the past seven of those years, he has specialized in new home sales. Jeff is familiar with all aspects of construction materials and methods, as well as Energy Star Certified homes. He has a North Carolina Real Estate Brokers license and has a CSP ( Certified New Home Sales Professional ) designation from The National Association of Home Builders and is a member of The National Association of Realtors and The Greensboro Regional Realtors Association. He has received numerous sales awards from various Piedmont Triad builders and the NAHB. Jeff was most recently the Sales Manager for Piedmont Personal Builders for three years. Responsibilities included sales, marketing, plan design, pricing and land evaluation.
He is a Broker/Realtor with Coldwell Banker Triad Realtors in Greensboro, serving buyers and sellers throughout Greensboro/Guilford County region. Jeff, his wife, children, and many pets, including two rescued Greyhounds has been a resident of Greensboro for twenty years.
