Jeff Craig has ten years Real Estate sales experience in Greensboro and the Piedmont Triad area of Central North Carolina. For over eight of those years, he specialized in new home/custom home sales. Jeff is familiar with all aspects of construction materials and methods, as well as Energy Star Certified homes.
He has a North Carolina Real Estate Brokers license and a CNRS reloaction specialist designation. Jeff also has a CSP ( Certified New Home Sales Professional ) designation from The National Association of Home Builders and is a member of The Greensboro Home Builder's Association as well as The National Association of Realtors and The Greensboro Regional Realtors Association. He has received numerous sales awards from various Piedmont Triad builders and the NAHB. Jeff was the Sales Manager for Piedmont Personal Builders for three years. Responsibilities included sales, marketing, plan design, pricing and land evaluation. Most recently, Jeff was with Coldwell Banker Triad Realtors in Greensboro.
Jeff, his wife, children, and many pets, including two rescued Greyhounds, several birds and saltwater reef aquariums, has been a resident of Greensboro for twenty one years. His daughters attended Guilford County public schools. Jeff knows the neighborhoods, amenities, schools and employers located in Greensboro.
