John has over 20 years experience in the technology industry in various industries covering Insurance, Telecommunications, Entertainment, Banking, Textile, Finance and Investment and Brokerage. He has over 10 years experience as project manager and has worked on both small and large Multi-Million dollar projects for companies such as MCI Worldcom, First Union National Bank, State of South Carolina DSS, John Hancock Financial Services, General Cinema Theatres, Collins & Aikman, Okuma America,  Interstate Johnson Lane and Wachovia Securities Where he was Vice President/Brokerage Technology Manager which included the role of office transition project manager for CapTrust Financial Advisors a subsidiary of Wachovia Securities, opening new offices and managing technology and R&D to support over $8 Billion Dollars in client assets. After being laid off, John has been working as a Branch Manager and Licensed Sr. Loan officer in the Mortgage industry for the past 3 years, closing over $17.5 Million in residential loans. John was a landlord for some investment properties for 8 years and has taken numerous courses and self study classes on Real Estate Investing, Credit Repair and Mortgage Financing for both residential and commercial loans. Although John is fairly new to the commercial financing arena, he thoroughly understands the processes and procedures in dealing with clients and lenders in order to achieve a successful closing for his clients.
