With Real Estate Sales and Property Management experience dating back to 1998, I am an experienced REALTOR® who cares about people as individuals. My real estate focus is to serve clients in Richmond, Virginia and its surrounding counties (known as the Central Virginia or Richmond Metropolitan area). I grew up in Richmond and graduated from Trinity Episcopal School. I know both the Richmond area and the Richmond real estate market well. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Communications and Marketing from Roanoke College. Constantly looking to grow my business with new ideas, I am a licensed Real Estate Broker who is always striving to better my business through continuing education and keeping up with the ever-changing Virginia real estate law. My knowledge of the Richmond real estate market stems from having grown up in the near West End. I specialize in Real Estate Listings, Sales and Property Management in the Richmond area. My background in real estate began in property management - managing a 26 unit apartment complex in Williamsburg, Virginia. I have been in the sales and listing side of real estate since 2001, assisting buyers, sellers, renters and landlords in and around the Richmond, Virginia and surrounding areas in achieving their real estate dreams and goals. I concentrate in the Richmond Metro Area, particularly in the West End (Areas 20, 22, 32 & 34), the Fan (Area 10) and South of the James (Areas 60, 62 & 64).
