I specialize in the sale of Lake Homes, Resort Homes, Lake Cottages, Log Homes, Vacation Homes, Resort Rentals, Condominiums, Country Retreats, and Golf properties in the Greater Lake Geneva Area of Southeast Wisconsin. Namely the lake areas of Lake Beulah, Delavan Lake, Lake Geneva, Lauderdale Lakes, Powers Lake, Potters Lake, Phantom Lake, Twin Lakes and Whitewater Lake and the communities of Lake Geneva, Williams Bay, Fontana, Linn, LaGrange, Elkhorn, Delavan, East Troy & Whitewater.

I am consistently a top producer within Keefe Real Estate, averaging $20MM-30MM per year in sales, have participated in over 350 waterfront transactions, and have career sales in excess of 1/4 billion dollars ($270MM).

I began my real estate career in 1989 as the first on-site real sales agent for Geneva National Golf Club in Lake Geneva, WI (after spending 8 years as a Petroleum Geologist in Tulsa Oklahoma), then transferred to Keefe Real Estate in 1993 to concentrate on the sale and development of lake communities.

Born and raised in the Geneva Lakes Area of Walworth County, I have my Wisconsin Broker and Real Estate Sales licenses, I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and Internet Specialist. I enjoy the outdoors, theatre, photography and numerous sports. My passion is lake living and I own several lake/recreation properties. My efforts for over two decades have been focused on sharing my knowledge of the local lakes with buyers and sellers and bringing excellence and satisfaction to the buying and selling public with compassion, empathy and understanding.
