Hi, I am Dianna Rose, a TREC licensed Professional Inspector in Bastrop, Texas. I live and maintain an office in Bastrop County. I am a full time inspector who believes in doing a thorough job for my client. I am ICC Residential Combination Inspector; less than 12% of home inspectors in Texas have this designation. I am also a NAWT trained septic inspector. I am the only inspector you need, from top to bottom!
I participate in the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce, am a member of theAustin Board of Realtors and an affiliate member of the Bastrop Board of Realtos. Our company is a member of the Smithville Chamber of Commerce and the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce.
My clients call me "The House Whisperer", I speak to their potential home and find out it's little secrets. A home always tells a story, about it's current family, it's history, care and needs. I take the opportunity during every inspection to hear what a home has to tell me. Most inspections take at least 3 hours to complete and I'm learning about your new house so that I can give you a detailed and thorough report.
I specialize in septic inspections, aerobic or anerobic systems. If you move to Bastrop County, there's a good chance that you'll need a septic inspected. I don't farm my inspections out to a third party, I personally check your system and provide the report. It's all part of the puzzle of your new purchase, don't leave some pieces of that puzzle up to a third party!
