We offer two types of initial consultation that enable us to proceed with an initial evaluation of your property.
First Impression
The homeowner is responsible for taking note of all recommendations made. At the end of the meeting, we hand the homeowner a list of 10 priorities that will enhance the potential of his or her home.
Lasting Impression (with detailed report)
Our specialist will take pictures as well as notes during the initial visit and will also hand you a detailed report to help you optimize your property's value. This detailed written report will outline the proper location of furniture, the choice of colours, decluttering, cleaning, lighting and landscaping. We will also provide you with a list of 10 priorities.
Supreme Staging
This service is designed for the homewoner who wishes to proceed with a complete overhaul of their property. We provide initial visit recommendations. In almost all cases, the homeowner's furniture and accessories are used to make the property more appealing to potential buyers. Furniture and accessories at additional costs may be added, where needed, to create the best possible first impression. We respect every client's requests and budget.
Supreme Helping Hand
This service is specifically designed for homeowners preparing for an open house. We provide a basic consultation with a report as well as two hours of staging prior to the open house. We add our SUPREME touch as properly executed staging leads the eye to attractive features while minimizing flaws.
