Colonels Ridge Office Condominium Project
Peggy managed the sale and leasing of the retail space for the Piedmont Commercial Center project in Gainesville, as well as new construction offerings at Colonels Ridge, a 42 unit commercial office condominium in Westfields in Chantilly. She represents several commercial landlords with retail, warehouse and office properties in Haymarket, Springfield and Manassas. Having started her real estate career over 8 years ago in the residential market, she understands customer service. She is not your typical commercial agent. In addition to being easily accessible and knowledgeable, she understands the demands of running a business and makes herself available to clients to accommodate their hectic schedules. She is a member of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, Prince William County Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce, BNI, and Dulles South Business Alliance.
