Having lived in Canterwood Golf and Country Club in Gig Harbor for 10 years, I am very familiar with the ins and outs of living in that community as well as having many listings and sales in that community over the past ten years. I know Gig Harbor like the back of my hand and am very familiar with the Port Orchard, Bremerton and Silverdale areas. I have sold many homes in Tacoma and know that area well also. I love working with families that are relocating to this area, whether it is a corporate relocation or a military move -- I am extremely familiar with both. I have a passion for real estate! I love the thrill of finding that perfect home for people and walking in and saying "this is it" and just knowing it the minute you walk in.
