Richard graduated from the University of San Francisco and, after a tour in the Air Force as a pilot, pursued a career as a CPA in San Jose CA.  He left public accounting to assume roles as a CFO in a number of companies, large and small, start-up and established, before founding his own company doing residential development and construction in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

With his background in the finance industry, retail and real estate development, Richard brings a breadth of experience to his clients who are tasked with making decisions that involve a significant financial commitment.

Bernadette has been a Realtor for more than 22 years.  She began her real estate career in San Jose CA where she achieved the rank of a multi-million-dollar producer. As a Realtor in Las Vegas since 1998, she has earned the same distinction selling new homes, resales, gated country club estates, and homes in senior communities. She earned the Graduate Institute of Realtors designation as well as Senior Real Estate Specialist.

Throughout her career, Bernadette has always strived to establish relationships of service that last beyond the transaction by always demonstrating integrity, professionalism and dedication.  As a testament to her level of service, the majority of her clients have entrusted Bernadette to handle two or more real estate transaction for them.

Born in San Francisco and raised on the San Francisco Peninsula, Bernadette and Richard, her husband of 46 years moved to Las Vegas in 1997.   They have three grown sons and six grandchildren.
