Get to Know Tim McLaughlin
After a succesfull career as a small Builder and Rennovator I began my Real Estate career in 1992. Honestly I was tired of having up to 12 employees and numerous subcontractors to interact with nonstop and falling off a roof added to my push into Real Estate sales. Well now I get to work with a lot of great people helping them to understand how to buy and sell houses. Oh I still do some building at times but most days I might be with Joe and Laura as they buy investment properties or Kevin and Lisa as they look for that perfect dream home. When Rob and Ella need to move I am there listing their home putting up a sign and marketing away until Sold. I have enjoyed meeting many new people through the years and always welcome the opportunity to meet and help many more. If I am not selling or building houses then I am at home with my wife and 4 children, either cooking, throwing pottery ,playing the guitar or reading a history book.
Certifications
I consider myself to be a New Construction specialist. Not because I took a one week course and passed a test but because I have spent over 20 years actualy building houses. I do not claim to perform the services of a Home Inspector but I know good construction from poor and great from good. I have found that my experience has proved many times to be an assest for which buyers have benefited in the purchase of New Construction and in the purchase of a house that rennovations were needed in. Sometimes a simple idea can open up a whole new world and seeing what can be done can be just what you need to make a good deciscion.
