Tim was fantastic. My wife and I were first-time home buyers and had no idea what to do. Tim walked us through it so we understood the whole process. He really listened to what we wanted and helped us find the home we were looking for. His knowledge of the area, his use of data in understanding the market, and his experience negotiating deals was very impressive to see in action. Knowing that he was connected to Whitman and Walla Walla — and was friends with people I graduated with — helped us feel immediately at ease and made it possible for us to entrust him with the biggest financial commitment of our lives. We're glad we did! I'd recommend Tim to anyone looking to buy a home.

I can't wait to work with Tim on my next real estate transaction!!! Yep! He is a gem, I have nothing but great things to say about how he conducts himself and I give him a platinum rating on every front. Mine was a unique, challenging, stressful real estate situation; I found his research, information, market knowledge and advise totally spot on. Tim walked me through every step, pinch hitted for me when needed and worked tirelessly to have the process go more smoothly than I ever could have ever imagined. I highly recommend him as a good natured man of integrity with a rock solid work ethic. Tim Rocks!

Tim is without a doubt the greatest Realtor on Earth. Wow, did I just say that out loud... yes I did and I've got the proof to back it up. My wife and I recently moved to the Seattle area from Southern California and we were quite apprehensive about leaving sunny SoCal to move to the Pacific North West where rain is considered the norm. Having lived in SoCal for over 15 years we were under the impression that home ownership was just a dream and unless a home was bequeathed to you from a dead relative, you would never be a home owner. Well that all changed when we moved to Seattle and figured we'd take a look at what the market had to offer. Having lived in a small town and being walking distance to all the bars and restaurants, we had big demands to find that quaint little neighborhood feel but yet be close enough the action if we wanted. To add some salt to the equation, we also just found out we were parents-to-be and had about a year to find something a bit more permanent before junior arrived. So now we got an even bigger list of demands. We want something walking distance to some entertainment, we need to be close to schools and a park for junior, and it needs to be close to a bus line so pops can catch a ride to work on public transportation if needed. So the hunt was on to find the perfect home. Initially we were introduced to Tim via some friends and this was before we actually left Huntington Beach. So at first it was a quick "Hi" and "How are you" but again we were in the mindset of we have no intention of buying as we could never afford a home. Well Tim was not aggressive in any way and just shot us an email to say, well when the time is right and you'd like to look, just let me know. About a month went by and Tim sent another email just as a casual "hello" and this was about the time we were relocating to Seattle. Again we were in the rental mode and said, well since we just moved up here we are not sure if we want to continue renting or perhaps look at what is possible to buy. But we figured this was a great opportunity to get a good tour of some Seattle neighborhoods to see what is out there. So we scheduled a day with Tim and asked him to show us some potential homes and gave him our price range. We provided some basic minimum requirements and let him go in search of what is out there. The following weekend Tim had put together this fantastic booklet of 5 homes from all different neighborhoods based on our price range and desires. After a day of visiting different neighborhoods and seeing various houses, we were quite fortunate. We were dead set on Queen Anne and it was only confirmed after a second weekend of venturing out. We knew what we wanted and now it was just finding the right home in Queen Anne. About two weeks went by and our mind set went from we should continue to rent to, now is the time to buy. This may have been elevated by the news of finding out we were parents to be in about 9 months. But more importantly, we were paying more rent that we wanted to and now was the time to consider putting our money into something more permanent. On our second outing with Tim, we stumbled across the perfect home. It had the location, the look, and the price was almost achievable. On first impression we thought, we could never afford this, but man it would be so great to own this home. Well after waiting a week and looking at other homes with Tim we kept coming back to our dream home. So now we have waited two weeks and thought there is no home like the one we want. Trouble was, the home had only just been put on the market and making an offer so soon would have provided no negotiation room. So on total pins and needles for about a month we sat and waited. In the mean time Tim took us out one more time to look at additional homes and at this point it only confirmed... Goddammit, we want that home. At the thirty-day mark we could wait no longer and told Tim... Let's make an offer. We absolutely love this home and need it. Perhaps the owner would be willing to come down quite a bit to make this home something we can afford. Without going into too much detail, Tim had us over for a bottle of wine and helped us draw up the most amazing offer. We had our whole strategy laid out and it helped that Tim knew the seller's Realtor so we were able to get some helpful info about where our offer stood. Tim was incredibly knowledgeable about home buying strategy, he was easy to work with, professional, and very responsive. My wife and I never felt rushed, under any pressure, and genuinely had an amazing home buying experience. It took a couple of offers going back and forth with the buyer but in the end, we were able to find an amazing middle ground which ended up about 10% below the original asking price which was huge. Tim also held our hand throughout the entire escrow process and left no stone unturned. Tim ultimately turned a dream into reality!
