About Me:
Relocating to the village of Mount Kisco in Westchester from Brooklyn over 14 years ago, I took to suburban living like a fish to water. The quality of life increased so that I almost dislike going into the city for anything! Imagine - I could actually get in the car and go somewhere at 5PM without first thinking of getting stuck in traffic and wondering where I would park when I got back. I could get out of my car without first checking for doggie "accidents" before putting my foot down. I felt I'd gone to heaven. My family and I were ecstatic - we still are.
My son started pre-school and I became a real estate agent. I have loved every minute of it. Specializing in residential real estate, my niche is assisting first time homebuyers hone in on their "perfect" first home and then helping them with the unique issues involved with the moving up process to their dream home.
Condos & townhouses are my sub-specialty. I live in a townhouse with my husband and son and served on the Board of Managers for nearly ten years. I was part of the decision making when our retaining walls were re-built, our roofs redone, our siding, mailboxes & light fixtures replaced. From choosing a management company to contractors to the attorney that represents us - these experiences have helped me guide my clients through the myriad of options available.
Although commonly viewed as an event - moving is really a process with a beginning, middle and an end. This is when a professional can prove invaluable to help save time, money and avoid the frustrations that will inevitably occur during the real estate selling and purchasing process.

I met Sandy in early 2005 when I became interested in buying my first apartment. Once I explained to Sandy exactly what I was looking for, she made the rest of the search for my first apartment a pleasurable and smooth experience.
With my extremely hectic schedule, Sandy only showed me places which matched my criteria as closely as possible, making sure I was not wasting my valuable time looking at places which were out of my price range or not the location I was not interested in living, etc. Within a short time of my search, I found my first apartment which I now own.

I met Mrs. Fenton two years ago in a very unforeseen setting which led to a great friendship along with great advice about the real estate market. About a year and a half ago Mrs. Fenton was able to get me my first studio apartment and see the potential, safety and scale that I was looking for. But, my dream was to become an owner of a property, so she never stopped looking for me. I really mean it; she never stopped looking for a place! Our journey became long and very difficult, until she was able to find a place that fit my expectations and my financial status. At the present time I am working on closing the contract for that coop unit!
