Being involved in the Kauai real estate market for almost six years now has been an exciting experience.  As you know, I started out in escrow and worked in that industry for a little more than two years.  I also took the courses and passed the State Exam for my real estate license.  Although I have never activated my real estate license, the education received to get the license as well as my experience as an escrow officer, have been   wonderful resources in my career as a Loan Officer.  Probably the best education has come from being invested in real estate personally, and it is this experience I like to reflect on when dealing with customers.

Professionalism, forthrightness and taking the time to understand each customer and their real estate financing needs, are a few of the core values that I provide to my customers.  Every customer is important whether they are doing a small equity line of credit or purchasing a five million dollar home.  I strive to meet deadlines, as well as communicate to all stakeholders in the transaction in a timely manner. Keeping abreast of the many changes in available lenders and their products in this turbulent market has been a challenge, but one that I pride myself in working hard at.
