Buying or selling real estate is a little like driving up a mountain. You must plan in advance to hit bumps in the road, but you also need to look out the window and enjoy the ride. That being said, which would YOU rather ride in...a Yugo or a LandRover? If you chose the LandRover, then come along with me! I pledge to provide the "LandRover" type of experience that you deserve.

What I Won't Do: Commit sins of "omission" of facts and information. Ignore your phone calls. Pretend that I know better than you what your core desires and goals are. Blind you with BS in order to make a sale.

What I Will Do: Tell the unvarnished truth, even if it's not pretty at times. Focus on my allegiance to you, my unique and individual client. Find easy and elegant solutions to challenges.Your real estate hopes and dreams are safe with me.  

Use this section to write about your specific area's of expertise. Do you specialize in first time buyers - listing high end homes - etc. Are there specific market area's that you specialize in? The more you write about your area's of expertise the more knowledgeable you'll sound to a potential buyer or seller.

Is there any reason why so many sports personalities, CEOs and low-key celebrities call the SF East Bay home? Simple: rolling hills and landscape like Tuscany, mild weather, excellent schools and low crime rates. This area has been my home and my focus since I began selling houses in 1979.

Of course, back then, housing was a lot less expensive! Our high cost of housing is one reason why I started teaching a class for Buyers in 1989. The class has been offered every quarter since that time and there have been literally hundreds of my students who have gone on to buy a home when they didn't think they could before taking my class.

In order to provide a personalized and top-of-market experience for my home sellers, I am currently in line to be awarded my Feng Shui certification from a Feng Shui Master. Staging and Feng Shui are provided for all my sellers as part of my listing program. In addition, I hold the following designations:

* California Teaching Credential in Real Estate Finance. Classes taught at local Adult Education venues include "Buy And Finance Your Dream Home", "Sell Your Home For Top Dollar" and "Wealth Building: Your IRA & Investment Property"

* Designations: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist)
