Landlord flattens home as tenants flee- The Crazy Grinch lives I've had a lot of great tenants over the years, and it's those that I'm thankful for- both today and every day. Have there been some clunkers over the years? Yep. Mal-contents? Ditto. But for the most part, I've had a good bunch of folks renting from me- and as I've processed nearly all of my own applications over the years, I really don't have anyone to point the finger of blame towards when good tenant prospects morph into poor tenants.
