I was rendered nearly speechless during a showing earlier today.  I say "nearly" to placate those with their hands in the air ready to ask "Really?  You expect us to believe something left you speechless?", mind you- but trust that it was as close as I've been in a long time. Overall, a couple of points do stick out to me, though:
Orlando home sales (all home types combined) in October 2012 were up 14.17 percent when compared to October of 2011 and up 6.01 percent when compared to September 2012.
Single-family home sales in the Orlando area increased by 20.13 percent in October when compared to October of last year.

Greetings, everyone.  It's another great Orlando day- temperature's surely climbing (maybe 93 today), but not much in the way of humidity and not many clouds to mention.
 
The rental and leasing business, though?  That remains hot, hot, hot- and I see little relief in the hesitant tenant prospects' immediate future.
 
Viewing a property and "getting back to me" in a few days?  Chances are more likely than not that that place will be gone by the time I hear back from you.
