Overall, a couple of points do stick out to me, though: Orlando home sales (all home types combined) in October 2012 were up 14.17 percent when compared to October of 2011 and up 6.01 percent when compared to September 2012. Greetings, everyone. It's another great Orlando day- temperature's surely climbing (maybe 93 today), but not much in the way of humidity and not many clouds to mention.
The rental and leasing business, though? That remains hot, hot, hot- and I see little relief in the hesitant tenant prospects' immediate future.
