A great post there from The Christiansens. Might not be titled correctly, though- as in this case the Realtor was being attacked. Mr. Angry Unprofessional Clown Posing as a Realtor was doing the attacking. For the most part, I handle these in the same manner. Make no mistake about it- I'll Stand My Ground when necessary, but foolishness like this has no place in our business. It goes back to an old saying, though: you get more of what you tolerate.
