What a wild ride it's been this past few weeks in Sequim, Washington. I know the real estate market and our entire economy is in a recession. I get that. But if it is, some of us would not know it based on how busy we are. Last month I closed a home. Last week I closed a home. This week I closed two homes with another closing next week. I've hired a full time assistant. This morning I listed a gorgeous home on prestigous Bell Hill in Sequim.

For you statisticians out there, these stats are not separated into residential site built, residential off-site built, homes or condos, and the data is not weighted.
