We took time to familiarize them with communities in Clark County for several months, and when they pinpointed Washougal, the search was on to find them the right place. The sellers of this property in Washougal would be the first to admit - this was an extremely challenging sale. When they ran out of funds - and incentive - their huge dream home was left unfinished.
