Selling a home in today’s market certainly has its challenges, not only in the Greater Los Angeles area, but everywhere. Let’s add seasonal factors depending on where you are selling your home. Do you know where Beverly Hills, CA fared in the top ten priciest zip codes? Most of you know I am a Beverly Hills, CA Realtor and I was surprised that we were not in the top three zip codes.
