Playa Vista, Los Angeles, CA: Most of you know I have recently written about the oldest community of Los Angles, hence I thought it would be most fitting to write about the newest one next. This is the newest planned development, or should I say community. Playa Vista has an interesting background. Geographically it is located north of Los Angeles International Airport affectionately known by the locals as LAX. This used to be the headquarters of Hughes Aircraft Company from 1941 to 1985.
