Speechless Sunday gourmet cooking is like real estate... well those of you who read my blog posts understand, that I take my time, do my research and then replicate the best meals for being a home cook. I spend time energy in purchasing the best ingredients and then adding them into the meal. Some are hidden and totally unnoticed until the taste buds kick in and I get asked: wow how did you make this? Having the right tools is critical not just in real estate but in cooking as well.... Tonight's meal was interrupted with a few technical issues, nothing that I could not overcome thanks to having the right tools. Well, the Pizza Stone cracked in the middle of my baking.... Keep in mind my meal was inspired by Debe Maxwell, CRS about the Maryland Cauliflower Crabcake Pizza Recipe. Since Diane loves Crabcakes from Maryland thought this would be a great way to finish up her birthday vacation. Anyway, as you can see the pizza stone decided to retire tonight:)

This post was inspired by the numerous questions on my post what I cooked from the Quaglino's Cook book. (In case you missed that post here it is for your convenience In Honor of the Queens Platinum Jubilee ) Over the years I made a few recipes from the cookbook. Hence I asked Diane what she would like? OK many of my readers will scratch their head, how can Endre compare Caramelizing Onions with Real Estate? Well the answer is easy, please google it and you will find out that there are people suggesting Caramelizing anywhere from 30 minutes to 50 minutes.... and may I say the result will be mediocre to lousy.
