As most of you know my Assistant Schmoie was great we went from one showing to another no complaints, if the buyer did not want to buy the property he gave them the look and sure enough they bought. Many stories to share how wonderful he was with helping me. So here we are nine days in our home Holly loves to be in the kitchen helping, always under foot either in front of the stove or in front of the sink. Great Souse Chef. Just to give you a little background: Diane and I were in Boston not too long ago for the Active Rain Meetup organized by our friend Lisa Von Domek and Diane noticed a Christmas Tree in one of the store fronts in the Prudential Mall. It is November and I am so thankful for the love and affection we receive from our pets. As I was coming home from a listing appointment one of my neighbors who was walking his two dogs stopped and we started chatting. He said, that he never realized how affectionate our cats were until he saw them the other day, waiting for Diane by the door. I told him this is a ritual every weekday, Diane calls me ten minutes away from the house, I open the door and all three cats head to the front door screen and wait for her. If … (22 comments)

Enjoying a Summer Sunday in Westchester, CA 90045 Today, was one of those days that I did a little work in the morning and then spent the rest of the day just puttering around. Seldom do we have this luxury to relax as Realtors. We are always too busy generating new business, or we are in the process of managing Escrows, or we are answering client questions.
