Every day I get a notification in my email from OneDrive, and they are photos of years ago. I always look forward to seeing the flashback of times before.
Well with that said, the first photo on top I took today for future flashbacks:) the photo above was with me and Schmoie playing ball in the back yard.
Nothing has changed accept the price of eggs and the location where I painted them. This was in 2013 in Marina Del Rey, CA.

Well, when Diane is at work in her office, (once a week and not working from home), you can see what the animals are doing in the house. Well as you can see, the sleeping photos are an indication that I am the only one at home working from home and clearly, I am boring just focusing on client calls and emails.

Speechless Sundays: If you think cats do not communicate, clearly you have not been exposed to cats. Now with that said, Jill has been coming up to me in my home office... talking, yelling and I ignored her.... then I went in the kitchen and look at the main photo.
The empty hole is where she would eat kibble. Lately she has been on various medication and has some teeth pulled on top, hence she has become a fan of wet food and prefers wet food over kibble. Well, see for yourself.

Speechless Sundays: Observations from a pet friendly Realtor in Los Angeles, CA. Well, it was five years ago today that we picked up Holly from an animal rescue organization. The main photo is her in the back seat of my car.
Many days and nights have passed, and she had to make the adjustment to hang out with three cats and her two humans.
She learned to hang out with her humans and thought it was safer there:)
Needless to say, she got comfortable over the weeks and months and years.

Wordless Wednesdays: The rain stopped, and the birds were frolicking well this morning we had a reprieve from all the rain we have been getting for the last three or four days. The sun came out and the birds were frolicking in our backyard bird bath.
Check it out. On a side note, as I write this post it is raining again. I keep telling Diane it is good for the grass and good for our citrus trees:)))))

Is everyone enjoying the latest spin of relentless repetitive messaging to use, or experiment with, Artificial Intelligence (AI)? As I log onto my laptop now, I am often greeted with "Create Stunning Images with AI". Thank you, but no, all I wanted to do was log in, check and reply to emails and do some leisurely browsing as I sip my coffee or drink my wine depending on the time of day. Throwback Thursday: Wiley's journey... the joke has been that we bought the house so we could bring Wiley in. Well, he used to be in the backyard. We had the handyman build him a house.
Then we started giving him comfortable puffs for him to lay in the sun and in the back yard.
Well in time we bought him into our home, and he quickly became very comfortable on the bed. He never looked back and never wanted to go out again.
Well with that said about seven or eight years he as been content living inside our home.

As most of you, who read my posts regularly know, that Jack used to be in my home office, while I worked every day, he would give me support. Since December 2022 he has crossed Rainbow Bridge.
Holly started to hang out with me to give me support in the home office. Wiley comes in once in a while to let me know he wants to eat and so does Jill.

Wishing all my readers, friends and acquaintances a very Merry Christmas and those who do not celebrate this great Holiday wishing you a great Holiday Season.
I love Christmas Eve, we had a wonderful dinner, Diane's request was Sword Fish, since her father loved it and we have not had it in years. Now with that said. here is a glimpse of the dinner. Baked Sword Fish with Sauteed Spinach and Mushrooms and mash potatoes.
Last few days we had some good eats I need to post about them.

Throwback Thursdays: photos from a Pet friendly Beverly Hills Realtor Endre Barath,Jr. I love looking on my phone and seeing snapshots I took of our pet.
The photos are from June to September 2023 in no particular order. They all get along (mostly) and the snapshots prove it.
When it is eating time Holly has first priority for Lunch & Dinner.
In the morning Jill & Wiley have first priority, the good news is Holly stays in bed and could care less about early breakfast.
Clearly, she is my dog, I can do without breakfast too and prefer to sleep in.

Wordless Wednesdays: Look what Santa bought. Gratefully I was home yesterday working of course but not on the road. The bell rang and there was Santa. Holly was barking but I was thrilled. Last few years the escrow company I often use sent me a Gingerbread House and now Diane & I look forward to when the moment happens to Santa's Arrival.
May I quote Santa: He said I was a good boy hence this was being delivered to me.

The outdoor Christmas Decorations are 90% finished... and the indoor decorations are at 10% still a lot more work to be done. I know it is only the 8th of December.

Throwback Thursdays: Love "One Drive" the photos keep on coming... sometimes it is a distraction because I click on it and then I am motivated to see other photos and spend some time reflecting on the past.

We replaced a love seat: little did we know what this would create... well to be clear, Diane decided to get rid of the love seat we had before I met her. I have so many wonderful memories of being in the chair with her dog Jezebell that I changed her name to Gizmo:) we used to watch TV together in Boston.
Then the chair was moved and ultimately here in Los Angeles for the past nine years it was in Diane's home office. The only one that would spend time in it was Wiley....

Hope everyone who reads this post had a very Happy Halloween... I had a busy day and sadly just getting to celebrate Halloween with our furry family. Would you believe I did not even make dinner we all ate leftovers at our own pace? Totally out of character.
