This post or should I say meal was inspired by my friend Hannah Williams . Who posted a recipe, and I mentioned that I will make this with some of my signature changes on it. Needless to say, her recipe was great, and it made me bake this meal!
Now with that said. Let's start with the chicken breast. I marinate the chicken for 3-4 days in the fridge with: lemon juice, low sodium soy sauce, and extra virgin olive oil in a glass container with plastic wrap covered.

As most of my regular readers know I am a bit verbose, so it is not quite a Speechless Sunday Post. One of Diane's friends had a "zero birthday" so with that said. She asked what she would like to eat. First time I made it but it was a hit.
Now let me know if you can guess what that is from the picture. Feel free to comment below. I made two versions. One I call the adult version.

As most of you who know me I do the cooking in our relationship. I have loved to cook since I was a child. Did not want to do it Professionally, I felt, as soon as you cook for more than 4-6 people it becomes work and not a hobby, nor fun. (At least for me)
