FHA Loan!

Beneficial for buyers who don't have large down payments, this loan is insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) under Housing Urban Development (HUD). Also known as a government mortgage. An FHA loan offers easier qualifying with less upfront cash needed. However, the condition of the property is strictly regulated. fha: Great Tip-Help For FHA Home Owners-Facing Foreclosure - 06/22/10 04:07 AM
If you have a FHA loan you can go to HUD and ask them for a one time interest free loan to pay off the delinquency of your current FHA loan. This is called a partial claim, this becomes a second mortgage and is not due and payable until the first loan has been paid off or you sell your home.
It is something most homeowners are not aware that they have as an option. Please get in touch with HUD and ask about this program.
