If you are looking for a home, I would first ask - what is your motivation? If you desperately want a home, then you want to see those homes on the very first day on the market. No matter which day it comes on. If that Seller gets the offer they are looking for, they usually will take it.
If you are looking for a DEAL, then most homes do price reductions on Monday or Tuesday, as they did not see offers on the weekend. We are seeing most reductions on Tuesday, so this is a great day to revisit those homes … (12 comments)

It started with a phone call from a past client stating "he has a wild hair".... and that thought grew daily. This client SAID he did not want to be homeless while the home was being built, but could not "afford" two homes. The Denver real estate market saw a dramatic uptick in inventory this past month, which is pretty similar to what we saw in 2018 for these two months. The sales were up 5.6% over last year's sales. The total inventory has increased (although not as much as new listing), but we are seeing some going under contract fairly quickly, especially in the lower price points.
