Back pack in hand (if you read previous posts, you'll notice a theme) Jen and I headed to Puerto Rico for some fun & a wedding. Don't you love it when you can visit family that lives in a tropical climate?! :-) I like adventure but not something that's going to kill me. Better-than-expected housing data led mortgage rates higher Tuesday and Wednesday, but rates retreated Thursday morning in advance of Good Friday. Markets were closed Thursday afternoon and Friday.
