NO BLUE TAPE. Agents who sell new homes know what I'm talking about. We had a New Home Orientation today for a new home in Leesburg closing next Tuesday. Generally, as the construction manager is walking the home buyers through the house, room by room, feature by feature, OLD EAGLE EYE (that would be me) is looking everywhere, at every feature and in every nook and cranny. Although important to the new home buyers, operation of the appliances, systems, etc. is not as interesting to me as the finished product. I'm empowered with a roll of BLUE TAPE.
